Hampton Inn Indianapolis/Carmel

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and the indoor pool. During my first visit, the staff helped me find a local taxi number, nice. I'm coming back soon!

The great breakfast had a wide range of meals and the food I tasted was fresh. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a writing table.

it was close to the hospital.

The key card and the door would not work together, had trouble each and every time I left the room. Even had them rerun the card, to verify it was working. Also by the time I was done with the shower I was standing in a foot of water.

The hotel was one of the cleanest we have been in. The breakfast was great and the beds in the room were very comfortable. We would stay in this hotel for sure. Oh, and it was very quiet also!

It was alittle difficult to find because of the new road that was built. A sign on that road would be helpful.

at about 1pm, one clerk on duty, no sign of a manager ("Kyle" was on the manager's nameplate), the phone outside phone rang continuously. clerk was on the phone trying to find a reservation, 3 parties in line. took about 20 minutes to get to the desk for check in. The clerk, Gabby, was very patient with the people on the phone and did not come unglued when the phone continued to ring. She was very courteous and apologetic for the wait.

The hotel was very modern with a great lobby area.

The rooms were large but I prefer a softer bed.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was well located for an event at the Performing Arts Center in Carmel and shopping in Carmel and at Keystone.

The breakfast was very marginal. The eggs could not have been real eggs and the fruit was not particularly fresh. The room was booked via Booked.net and if I had not had a confirmation number on my phone the desk personnel would not have found the reservation. Also because it was booked on a third party, they could not generate a receipt.

Updated & freshly renovated rooms with proper air conditioning. Location next to downtown and all sides of Indianapolis and THE CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS in Carmel, IN and the Indy 500 parade. Friendly customer care.

The room had an unpleasant odor, and the overall decor felt dated. The location is excellent, with a great restaurant next door.

We know that the hotel was booked, but we had really wanted a room with two beds. So, it was worth an ask. I did not care for the flippant way the young man (sorry don't have name) answered my inquiry. I have a choice, and if you deal with a reasonable question with the attitude of oh too bad for you, forget it, I will choose differently in the future. This was the fourth time I have stayed at this property.

The fact that I booked through Booked.net for the Hampton Inn thinking I was getting a room w/2 queen size beds, instead I got a king size and a pull out. The pull out was very uncomfortable for my daughter. You should have your facts straight before you adertise.

Breakfast and lobby were fantastic.

Bathroom was a little run down - leaky faucets and shaky fixtures. The hair dryer died half way through my blow dry and the iron left something to be desired.
